cod
with hard boiled eggs
Ingredients
for 4 people:
- Cod.
- Flour.
- Extra virgin olive
oil from Lower Aragón
- Onion.
- Garlic.
- Salt.
- Pepper.
- Hard boiled eggs.

Cod.
Preparation:
Firstly desalt the cod in
water and leave it in a colander to drain. When it is fully drained,
coat it in flour and fry lightly in a frying pan with extra virgin olive
oil from Lower Aragón. Once fried, transfer the fish to a plate.
In the same pan, with the
same oil, fry a little bit of onion and a few garlic cloves together
with a little flour to make the sauce and finish by adding a little
boilong water and season with salt and pepper.
Once the sauce is
made, add the cod and the hard boiled eggs cut in half lengthways, and
leave everything to cook together for a few minutes before serving.
