Chicken with tomatoes Pollo con tomates y ajo

CHICKEN COOKED WITH TOMATOES AND GARLIC

  

 Ingredients for 4 people: 

 - 1 chicken of 3/4 - 1 Kg.

 - Flour.

 - Olive oil from Lower Aragón. 

 - Salt.

 - Garlic.

 - Tomatoes.

 

Preparation:


Prepare the chicken by washing it, cutting it up into pieces and seasoning it. Then, coat the pieces of chicken in flour before frying it in a frying pan with a little olive oil from Lower Aragón.

Once the chicken is fried, set it aside on a plate and re-use the olive oil to fry the tomatoes and the garlic.

Finally, put the chicken back into the frying pan and let it simmer a bit with the tomatoes and the garlic to give it a bit of flavour. Serve hot.
