Ingredients for 4 people:

 - 1 Kg of apples. 

 - 2 curled lettuces. 

 - 100 gr of carrots. 

 - 100 gr of green beans. 

 -1 onion. 

 - 12 small ripe tomatoes.

 - Salt. 

 - 50 gr of toasted pinenuts. 

 - 50 gr raisins.

 - 2 cl extra virgin olive oil from Lower Aragón

 - 200 gr artisan goats cheesefrom the province of Teruel

 - 18 radishes

 - 1 lemon. 


Salad with vegetables and cheese

Tasty salad with goats cheese.

 

Preparation:

Peel and chop into thin and even strips the white of the lettuce, the apple, the tomato, the radishes and the carrot.

Cut the beans and the onion and fry them with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil on a high heat for a short amount of time.

Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and add the toasted pine nuts, soaked raisins and bits of artisan goats cheese, stir and season with salt, extra virgin olive oil and a squeeze of lemon.

With the large leaves of the salad thoroughly washed, line the dish them and put the rest of the salad on top of them.
