artisan cheese pasties
Ingredients
for 4 people:

1 packet of pasty cases.
- 150 g artisan goats cheese
- 1 tin of anchovies in olive oil.
- Extra virgin olive oil from Lower Aragón.

Delicious pasties with goats cheese from Teruel.
Preparation:
Leave the pasty cases
out of the fridge for half an hour before filling them.
Cut the artisan
goats cheese into small sticks and roll each one of them up in half an
anchovy. Put these in the middle of the pasty and fold it over on
itself, sealing the edges with a fork.
Fry in plenty of extra virgin olive oil until golden
brown but without burning. Drain on paper towels.
