Cheese on seasame seed toast Bocaditos de queso

BLEND OF CHEESES ON SEASAME SEED TOAST

  

Ingredients for 4 people: 

  - Semi-cured cheese from Lower Aragón.

 - Seasame seed toast.

 - Cream cheese from Lower Aragón.

 - Cheese from Lower Aragón, grated to make the cheese crisp.

 - Infusion of spinach and parsley

 - Parsley.

 

Preparation:


Melt the semi-cured and the cream cheeses togther and pass them through a chinese strainer to get rid of any lumps.

Add little by little the spinach and parsley infusion.  

To make the cheese crisp, use the grated cheese from Lower Aragón.

Bake the grated cheese from Lower Aragón inbetween two sheets of waxed paper, until it goes golden brown and crunchy.

Afterwards, divide it into small pieces, they don't need to be even.


Presentation:

With a teaspoon, put a dollop of the melted cheeses onto a thin slice of seasame seed toast, and spread.

Finish by decorating them with one of the small pieces of the cheese crisp and a sprig of parsley.
