Melt the semi-cured and the
cream cheeses togther and pass them through a chinese strainer to get
rid of any lumps.

To make the cheese crisp, use the grated cheese from Lower Aragón.
Bake the grated cheese from Lower Aragón inbetween two sheets of waxed
paper, until it goes golden brown and crunchy.
Afterwards, divide it into small pieces, they don't need to be even.
With a teaspoon, put a dollop of the melted cheeses onto a thin
slice of seasame seed toast, and spread.
Finish by decorating them with one of the small pieces of the cheese
crisp and a sprig of parsley.
