Bread for celiacs Pan sin gluten para celiacos

GLUTEN FREE BREAD

  

 Ingredientes: 

1 kg. of gluten free flour (Prepared bread GLUTESTOP, Leiden Huici)

720 ml. of water

2 packets of yeast


 

Preparation:

 

Take half of the flour, add in the middle the yeast (previously dissolved in a some tepid water), add a little bit of water and start kneading.

Knead the dough well, adding little by little, the rest of the flour and water until you have a dough that doesn't stick to your hands. 

Once you've achieved that, shape the dough into whatever shape you want (loaf, rolls etc) and then wrap it in cling film, leaving it to stand for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the oven to 200ºC.

After the 20 minutes, spread the surface of the bread with beaten egg and cook it for 20-25 minutes making sure not to open the door.
