Celery with cheese from Lower Aragón Apio con queso de Bajo Aragón

CELERY WITH CHEESE FROM LOWER ARAGÓN

  

Ingredients for  4 people: 

 - 4 stalks of celery.

 - 200 gr. of fresh cheese from Lower Aragón.

 - 1/2 a garlic clove.

 - Parsley.

 

Preparation:


Wash the celery, removing the strings. In a  bowl prepare the filling: mixing the fresh cheese from Lower Aragón with half a garlic clove and finely chopped parsley.

Fill the celery stalks with the mixture and cut them into small bitesize pieces. Serve on a flat plate and decorate with a sprig of parsley.
