Ingredients for 4 people:

 - 4 celery stalks

 - 200 gr. fresh cheese.

 - 1/2 clove of garlic.

 - Parsley.

 

Fresh cheese is the main ingredient for stuffing the celery

 

Fresh cheese used in the filling of the celery.

 

Preparation:

First, wash the celery, and remove the strings.

Then, in a bowl, prepare the filling; mix the cream cheese with 1 / 2 clove of garlic and chopped parsley.  After you have prepared mixture, fill the celery with the mixture and cut them into small pieces. When serving, we can decorate the dish with a sprig of celery.
