Calanda peach cocktail Copa de melocotón de Calanda

CALANDA PEACH COCKTAIL    

  

 Ingredients: 

1 jar of peaches from Calanda in syrup

250 g. of whipped cream

4 scoops of strawberry ice cream

1 handful of sugared almonds

Cinnamon powder

Cherries

4 spoonfuls of sugar



 

Preparation:

Fill the cocktail glasses with a scoop of ice cream.

Put a few spoonfuls of whipped cream and some sugar on top.

Then, cut the peaches into segments and put them on top, with one end in the middle and the other resting on the edge of the glass (see above).

Decorate with the chopped almonds, a little cinnamon powder and a mint leaf.
