broad beans with longaniza sausage
Ingredients for 4 people:

1/2 Kg. of broad beans.
- 1 dried Aragón
longaniza sausage (similar to chorizo).
- 1/4 Kg. of dried
bacon.
- Extra virgin olive
oil from Lower Aragón.
- Salt.
- 3 or 4 artichokes.
- 1 garlic clove.

Delicious
broad beans with Aragonese longaniza.
Preparation:
Fry the longaniza from
Aragón and the bacon with the olive oil from Lower Aragón. When they're
fried, add the garlic, the artichokes, and lastly, the broad beans.
When everything is fried,
transfer everything to a large saucepan, add some water and leave to
cook on a low heat for three quarters of an hour. Then it is ready to
serve.
