Pork pie with serrano ham from Teruel
When they're cooked, add the pork and fry
it, stirring it every now and then and add the ham, salt, pepper, wine
and tomato sauce, mixing everything together.

Cover a baking tray with one of the sheets
of pastry, and spread the filling on top of it.

or medium oven for approximately one hour or until you can see that it
is cooked and golden on top.
