Fish with bread and olive oil  

PAN DE PESCADO CON ACEITE DE OLIVA

  

 Ingredients: 


2 kg processed fish with no bones

3 grated onions

4 egg whites or 2 whole eggs

1 soup spoon of olive oil from Lower Aragón

½ cup of thick oats or bread crumbs (unsalted)

¼ glass of water

paprika to taste.


 

Preparation:

 
Put all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and knead with your hands until you have an even dough that comes away from the sides of the bowl and take it out of the bowl.

Fish flavoured bread with olive oil.

Make bread rolls.

Place them on a baking sheet and glaze with olive oil mixed with some paprika.

Cook in the oven at a medium heat.
