Asparagus soup Sopa escaldadas con espárragos verdes


 Ingredients for 4 people: 

 - 200 g. dry bread

 - 12 green asparagus.

 - Salt.

 - Olive oil from Lower Aragón.



Cut the bread into thin slices. 

Cut the asparagus into pieces and fry it in a frying pan with a little olive oil from Lower Aragón. 

Put into a bowl the bread, a pinch of salt, the asparagus and the olive oil thats left over from frying the asparagus. Then add about 1 litre of boiling hot water.
