ARTICHOKES WITH PRAWNS AND HAM FROM Teruel
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 2 kg. of artichokes.
- 100 g. of ham from Teruel.
- 300 g. of prawns.
- 400 ml. of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon.
- Fish stock.
- Flour, garlic and parsley

Preparation:Firstly, wash the artichokes and cut them into 4 pieces, and spread them with lemon so that they dont go black.
